The ocean glass is my favourite!

Thanks, Magarisa! It took a bit of work to get the sun ray just right, but even the glass alone is beautiful.

Oh, if I’m picking one… The trident is my favorite as it reminds me of a comic book character I loved as a kid, Namor of Atlantis.

Those old associations sure do stick with us. Like Neptune, Poseidon, and Maserati! 😉

Ha! Yes, they do

Fantastic, Sue. This is the kind of blue my eyes instantly notice and appreciate.

Thanks, K’lee! To me they’re such happy shades, it’s hard to understand why “feeling blue” should be a downer.

That’s one color connection I can’t fathom either! Blue as a color has never been a downer for me…

Love the Sea Glass. I always like the rough polish of it and what that does to the color of the glass.

I agree. Those rare finds make them as romantic as gems.

Yep. Great for artisan jewelry. Of course, I love found and repurposed items used in art too.

Thank you, Samantha. I’m glad you like them. 🙂 Do you mean the one refracting the light? That’s actually a piece of ocean glass. 🙂

Ah yes! Went back for another look..almost like blue Turkish delight!

I had to look that up; I’d only ever heard of Turkish Delight taffy. lol. The photos I found seem to indicate it’s a form of aquamarine — my birthstone!
The glass would be easy to mistake for a crystal — especially when it behaves that way. lol

Very pretty, though when it’s naturally smoothed by the sea like that…ruby is my birthstone but I don’t think I’ve ever seen red sea glass, just blue, green and clear…

There’s red glass, so there must be red sea glass, but I’ve seen it in photos. lol. I’ve found pale green and clear. The blue was a gift from one of my sisters, and she bought it on Ebay!

Thank you, dear Tre. I find it difficult to feel blue when I look at these shades of blue. 😉

Haha. It’s pretty hard to get blue looking at those shades of blue. 😆

I’m glad you like them. Blue isn’t my top favorite color (as I’m pretty sure you already know), but I do love these shades!
