Enhanced by Robert P. Beus and S.T. Ranscht

Exciting times ahead.

We are re-submitting our YA scifi novel, ENHANCED, to an agent at her request. It’s been a long road from her insightful critique to the refined story we offer now, and we couldn’t be more proud. We hope you’ll wish us luck and send positive thoughts our way.

When I first published this post, my blog was 5 days old and had about 10 readers. I’m sharing it again with all the people I have come to know and care about here. If you’re curious about the actual story of ENHANCED, you can read the first 3 chapters at the Inkshares link. If you’d like to support us, please feel free to share this post with everyone you know! Thanks and enjoy!

Space, Time, and Raspberries

Some might call this shameless self-promotion, but until we sign an agent, who else is there to do this dirty job? Tomorrow, it’s back to the fun stuff! I promise.

Maybe she thought she had enough to give it away -- twice. Both times, she had to retrieve the shattered pieces and puzzle them back together. She thanks her Dad for the only advice of his she ever followed to the letter: "Never get married. Learn to take care of yourself." So of course she is a writer. Susan has co-written a YA SciFi novel, and has three more novels in various stages of evolution. She's had several short stories published in other people's anthologies, some of which were contest-related. Let her tell you a story...

Best of luck with your forgiving project and its publication! I’m not an expert, but I’ve picked up a few tips along the way — I’d be happy to share what I’ve learned if you have any questions about getting a manuscript ready to query. 🙂

    1. Thank you, dear friend. We’re hoping the journey will be swift and joyful, but we’re creating personal rejection celebrations for those other possibilities. 😉

With that major project out of my hands for 90 days, I finally feel there’s time again to attend to everyone else’s writing, lol. I’m back. ❤
